A few weeks ago, I asked substitute teachers to describe what it is like to be a substitute teacher in one word. Rachel over at the Sub Hub blog put together what she calls a poetic homage to substitute teaching. She took the words suggested on our Facebook page and put together the following picture.

Having started my professional career with a year as a substitute, I think you've really hit on an accurate visual. Awesome work, Rachel!

A great idea, word power. Short and to the point - adjective power then to picture action. Very good!!
